Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Unfortunately, Barcelo does not offer a hotel block for guests. We ask that everybody tries to book at Barcelo, because in order to carry out the event in the hotel it is necessary that 80% of guests are staying at the hotel. Also, Barcelo has a rule that guests not staying at the resort that plan on attending the wedding must pay a day pass. If for whatever reason you cannot book at Barcelo, please let us know so we can keep track of it.

When should I book by?

It is recommended to start looking at resort options early in hopes of getting the best rate. We sent Save the Dates to give guests a heads up and give them ample time to coordinate and save money in hopes of attending our wedding. We will send an official invite closer to the wedding to get a final RSVP to gauge a final head count for our wedding.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

Passport Expiration?

Please check your passports to make sure they are not expired or close to expiring. To make travel go smoothly, it is safe to make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after getting issued. Passports can take up to 3 months to arrive so please plan accordingly! What is the dress code?

To clear up any confusion, I added a tab labeled "Attire" for further clarification on our dress code. If you still have some question on what to wear or about a specific outfit, please reference Carol.

What is the wedding timeline? When should I arrive?

We will have more details closer to the wedding as we work with our wedding coordinator. TBD.

How to get the best deal on international flights?

You can buy anytime and even a month or two before your trip you may get a great deal. I know airlines like Southwest do frequent sales so they are a good airline to keep an eye out for. Buying on Tuesday evenings, flight prices are usually the lowest! And flying a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday - flights are always the cheapest!

I have a question not answered here; how do I contact you?
