Barceló Maya Palace - All Inclusive
The wedding will be taking place at Barcelo Maya Palace in Rivera Maya, Mexico and is all-inclusive. If you click the link, it will take you to the exact resort we will be staying at.
Check-in is at 3 PM onward and Check-Out is at 12 PM, but you can stay at the resort until 3 PM per the website.
Barcelo Maya Palace has 11 pools, 6 restaurants, a spa wellness center, and other activities on the resort.
There are different suite options with different views, balcony view, pool view, or ocean front view. One regular suite fits max 3 people. Junior Suite can fit max 5 people. Family Suite is also available.
In order to carry out the event in the hotel it is necessary that 80% of guests are staying at the hotel. Guests not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass.

You can buy anytime and even a month or two before your trip you may get a great deal. I know airlines like Southwest do frequent sales so they are a good airline to keep an eye out for. Buying on Tuesday evenings, flight prices are usually the lowest! And flying a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday - flights are always the cheapest!
