Our Wedding Vision is More Than a Day, It’s a Mini-Vacay! We’re not just planning a wedding; we want a multi-day celebration! Our dream is for our wedding to be the chance for both our families & friends to meet, mingle & create memories that’ll last a lifetime! From pre-wedding hangouts to late-night laughs, we want everyone to get to know each other. This vision was inspired by our original plans at the Princess Grand Hotel, where wedding guests were required to stay for 3 nights. However after an unexpected hiccup (thanks, hotel 😒) that left us hanging, we had to reimagine, pivot & re-plan our wedding in a month at a new venue.

Dance, dance, dance! 💃 We’re all about having fun, letting your hair down, & celebrating like nobody’s watching! Get ready to let loose, hit the dance floor, & party the night away with us! 🎉

Outdoors! Our ceremony, cocktail & reception will all be outdoors.

There is parking provided across the road from the venue ,divided by a dual carriage way. 1 security guard. However we do NOT advise drinking & driving, we suggest you plan your transportation ahead of time (carpooling, taxi) Transportation can be arranged at the hotel. The bride & groom will not be held responsible or liable with anything that happens with taking transportation outside of provided shuttle.

We’ll have a shuttle to take guests, who stated this on their RSVP, staying at the Hyatt & Hilton Hotel to the wedding. Shuttle will pick up in a GROUP: Pick up at hotel & will drop off after wedding at 2 set times. Otherwise, you are responsible for your own transportation.

The Bride's family are Jamaican🇯🇲. Some are traveling internationally from USA or Canada. Some are not traveling internationally, but locally from Kingston, Jamaica. Bride's friends are traveling both locally from parishes in Jamaica and internationally.

The Groom's family are American🇺🇸. The Groom's family & friends are all traveling internationally from all over the USA, to come to Jamaica, some for the very first time. Most of the Groom's family are traveling from SouthWest Virginia to celebrate with us.

Expect hot, humid, tropical weather with a chance of an afternoon shower.

Think Tropical! Sunscreen, Insect Repellant, Swimsuits, Lightweight clothing, Comfortable shoes, Hat & Sunglasses, Slippers, Waterproof phone case, Watershoes & Passport!

Cash can be good to have on hand; Small bills are good for tipping. Just don't bring more cash than you're comfortable losing while traveling; you never know what can happen! In terms of credit cards, most places will accept Visa & Mastercard. While most things are covered at all inclusive resort, it’s a good idea to bring some cash for tipping, souvenirs, or any excursions outside the resort. US dollars are widely accepted.

No. To honor the spirit of our celebration and due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited: guests who know both the bride & groom as a couple. Thank you for understanding that this is an intimate & sentimental wedding. We deeply appreciate your support & respect for this decision, which helps us keep the day meaningful.

No. We love children, even though we do not have children (yet). Our wedding day is an adults-only celebration. Get ready to relax, unwind, & enjoy kid-free days of fun & dancing! We can’t wait to party with you!

If our wedding vision doesn’t fit your wants, we respect your choice to decline the RSVP with informed consent & would appreciate being politely informed of your decision. Receiving any wedding invitation is an honor. Attending any wedding is a choice. For any questions, concerns, or additional details, please reach out to Erica Williams or Jonathan Williams. We understand that this might not align with everyone’s preferences, and that’s okay!

You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please be sure to RSVP "Decline”, to plan with our head count. Please be respectful of the bride and groom & do this before December 14th, 2024 when RSVPs are due and let us know as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly.
