Here in the Boise area there's a variety of options for your stay, transportation, and travel plans. Below, we have listed some of our top recommendations for where to stay if you would like to be near the wedding day festivities and near any local Boise attractions. We have also listed some insights into travel decisions that we think are worthwhile.

Boise Airport is not the largest airport by any means, but a few flights use it as a connecting location and may provide you with the best available cost.

The main airlines that fly into Boise are American, Alaskan, Delta, and Allegiant.

If you are flying out of Arizona, Allegiant Airlines is based out of the Mesa-Gateway Airport, and consistently offers the lowest flights to Boise. The other 3 airlines listed above also regularly fly into Boise but for a little bit more expensive price.

If you are flying from the west coast, or the Midwest, Delta seems to have the most flights coming in to Boise, with a few Alaskan and American flights as well.

If you are choosing to stay in a vacation rental home using sites such as Airbnb or VRBO, the best areas to stay, which are closest to the church and reception venue, is Downtown Boise, North of Downtown Boise, Eagle, or Meridian.

The wedding day activities will mainly take place in this area between Boise and Eagle, and these cities offer some of the best home rentals along with being nearest to all the weekend festivities.

These hotels are set right in the heart of Downtown Boise and are walking distance to all of Boise's restaurants, bars, and activities.

These hotels are situated within the commercial downtown of the suburb, Eagle Idaho. This upscale town is nearly 15 minutes outside the Boise Downtown area, but within minutes of the wedding reception venue, Stone Crossing, and closer to many of the Boise area’s best golf courses.

There are numerous hotels that are situated near the airport and offer some of the cheapest prices around the Boise area. While they are away from the main festivities and attractions of the wedding and Boise, the town overall is not that large and anything you do will be within 20 to 30 minutes from here, including the wedding day events.

Here are just a couple of our recommendations for this area.

The suburb of Meridian is relatively the furthest area recommended on here, but it holds a variety of the Boise area's commercial attractions. This option is also right off the highway and within 20 to 30 minutes of the wedding day festivities, and Downtown Boise.

Rental agencies can be found at the Boise Airport, but we have found that the neighborhood rental locations near Downtown Boise or within the valley, sometimes offer lower prices. If you choose to rent from these non-airport locations, the Boise City Center is only about a 10 minute drive away, and a taxi or rideshare price is usually only between $10 and $15.

While discussing rideshare options like Uber or Lift, Boise is a relatively small town with many of the main attractions within walking distance of the downtown hotels, including the church where the ceremony will take place and depending on your travel plans simply using rideshare companies may be the cheaper option.
