Thursday, November 11

11:30am - Buses leave Grand Hyatt hotel for lunch.

12:00pm - Lunch at Casa Camolese. After lunch, buses will take us to Christ the Redeemer.

2:00pm - Christ the Redeemer statue. Afterwards, buses will take everyone back to Grand Hyatt.

Dinner - no official wedding plans. We can all coordinate accordingly.

Friday, November 12

8:00am - Buses leave Grand Hyatt hotel for Pedra Bonita Hike/Trail.

8:30am - Pedra Bonita Hike/Trail. We will be hiking a trail to spectacular views of Rio. Please wear active clothes and sneakers. After hike, buses will take us to lunch.

12:00pm - Lunch at Fogo de Chão. After lunch, buses will take us to Sugarloaf Mountain.

2:00pm - Sugarloaf Mountain tour. Afterwards, buses will take everyone back to Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Dinner - no official wedding plans. We can all coordinate accordingly.

Saturday, November 13

4:00pm – 6:00pm: Mandatory COVID testing at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

We have hired a company to come to the hotel to administer testing. Tests will cost ~$60 per person.

Credit cards are accepted.

Please Note: A negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test is required for the flight back to the U.S.

7:00-10:00 P.M. - Welcome dinner at THE GRAND HYATT HOTEL

Attire: Cocktail.

Sunday, November 14

3:15pm - Buses leave to wedding venue from Grand Hyatt hotel.

4:00pm - Wedding Ceremony begins. Party ends when it ends! We will have transportation from the venue back to the hotel.
