Echo Mountain is a small ski hill near Evergreen and Idaho Springs. It is about 45 minutes outside of Denver. The venue is mostly outdoors but does have indoor space for dinner and drinks.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm on Saturday July 19th, 2025. We ask guests to arrive at 2:30pm. A shuttle will be available that will drop guests off around 2:30pm.

A shuttle is available to take guests from the Sheraton West Hotel to the venue. It is set to pick guests up at 1:30pm. If you are not planning on drinking and are able to drive yourself, we ask that you do so, due to limited seats on the shuttles. There is ample parking at the venue with newly paved roads! Just keep in mind that it is a fairly windy road through the mountains for about 20 minutes after exiting the highway.

We have blocked rooms at Sheraton Denver West Hotel (where the shuttle will pick up and drop off) as well as Courtyard Denver/Golden, both at discounted rates. There are lots of hotels in West Denver and Golden or anywhere along I-70. There are also plenty of Airbnb's and VRBOs nearby for other options.

We ask people wear semi-formal attire. Just remember, the ceremony and most of the reception will be outdoors (with the option to be indoors) so dress accordingly! It will likely be warmer during the day, but temps do tend to drop when the sun goes down. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes as part of it will be on grass. Examples for ladies: sundress, cocktail dress, jumpsuits, slacks. Examples for men: dress pants or khakis, button down shirt, jackets and ties are optional
