We are excited to welcome our younger family members invited to help us celebrate our big day. However, we do want to caution parents that the reception is open bar and some music played may not be kid-friendly. If you are unsure whether your child was invited, please refer to the address on your invitation. Invitations addressed to “The ____ Family” include all family members, even the little ones.

We wanted our rehearsal dinner to be a private and intimate last gathering with our wedding parties and parents prior to the wedding day, but also wanted the opportunity to welcome our out-of-town friends and family and personally thank you all for being a part of our special weekend. Therefore, we came up with the idea to do a welcome reception for all of our friends and family who are traveling in to celebrate us. We will have some light nibblings and refreshments for all who can attend. It will be the perfect opportunity for us to give everyone a hug before the wedding festivities formally begin!

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30pm. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4:00pm as the bride will be around the venue taking pictures prior to the ceremony and we do not want to ruin any surprises. Please be seated by 5 minutes before the ceremony time. Thank you!

One of the wonderful things about our venue is that it’s about equal distance from the Orlando airport (MCO) and Tampa airport (TPA). In the event you want to extend your time in Florida, we wanted to pick a place where families would be able to vacation afterwards so you can choose your own adventure! If you’re asking for the Bride and Groom’s recommendation, we are partial to the Tampa (TPA) airport as it’s a little bit easier to navigate.

Yes, there is plenty of self-parking available at the venue but we encourage any friends and family members who choose to partake in the open bar to please use a rideshare app instead of driving.

Yes! For this reason, we ask that parents with younger children please use their own discretion on how long they stay at the reception. We have asked for the entertainment provided to be mostly kid-friendly, but we can’t always monitor what guests might say or do.

Our caterer is already aware that we may have some attendees with food allergies/sensitivities. When you RSVP, please note if you have any so that we can make our caterer aware of any specific allergies/sensitivities you have.

Yes, we do have a registry linked on this website. However, you will notice that we aren't really asking for physical gifts, but rather excursions and assistance with items honeymoon-related. Anything is appreciated!
