Adam and Caroline met the old-fashioned way, on a Sunday morning at church. Just kidding. Caroline double-tapped on a photo of a 6'3 handsome guy with a dog... and a beard (at the hand of online dating).

Caroline grew up in Massachusetts, she moved to DC shortly after graduating from nursing school at UMass Dartmouth. Her dreams of being swooped up during the eighth inning of a Red Sox game quickly halted as she began her healthcare career in the DMV. After finishing her MSN degree at Georgetown University, she settled into her nurse practitioner career, and decided she finally had time to take her dating life seriously. Enter: Hinge.

Adam grew up in Southern Orange County, California. He graduated from CA State University, Fullerton with a degree in electrical engineering. In August of 2020, a career opportunity directed him across the country to the Nation's Capital... A COVID-19 blessing in disguise. He and his dog Hunter settled into their new routine, not knowing a feisty beagle and (equally feisty) New Englander, was in his future.

Adam and Caroline had their first date on 2/6/2021 at a country-themed restaurant in Arlington, VA. Adam arrived late, claiming to have been delayed looking for a parking spot. Caroline had already ordered a glass of wine, so she decided to let it slide. They quickly learned how compatible they were and began dating shortly after. Adam and Caroline's connection grew over their mutual adoration for their dogs, Hazy New England IPAS, their desire for daily adventure, and their mutual faith.... just to name a few.

Shortly before their two-year anniversary, Adam proposed to Caroline during a Michelin Star dinner cruise along the Seine River in Paris, France. She said oui.

Cape Cod and the Islands have always been special to Caroline, she has many memories with her family enjoying its beaches and charming towns. She has been fortunate enough to be able to share this love with Adam, as they have started creating memories there together.
