How do I RSVP and when?

Click the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website to search for your name! You can also respond for family members included in your group so we can have a final head count as soon as possible. Please respond to our save the date as soon as you can! We want to alert vendors about our final guest list by April 14 at the latest. Thank you!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS?

Yes, Stonebrook Meadows has a magical indoor space that we will hold the ceremony and reception in. We have the outdoor space for pictures but the refreshing air conditioning of the ballroom.

Where should I park?

Stonebrook Meadows has plenty of parking right outside the main building. There will be plenty of room for everyone. When you turn down the gravel road, it will be a short drive up the hill until the parking lot is visible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our desire is to keep our wedding intimate and special, so we are choosing to invite our closest friends and family. Since we can only accommodate so many people, we cannot give allowances for plus-ones, but if there are any questions about this please feel free to reach out.

Will there be food for those with dietary restrictions?

Please feel free to let us know what dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to provide the food needed. Our families have some restrictions for food as well, so we will have a dedicated gluten-free food area.

Will there be any alcohol served?

Our wedding will be a dry one, but we will have plenty of beverages and sweets to share with our guests.

Can I take photos and videos at the wedding?

We ask that no phones be out during the ceremony to keep everyone in the moment. Afterward, feel free to take all the pictures and videos! We would love to see these shots.
