It's a busy time in Austin! The Formula 1 race coincides with our wedding weekend, so we've secured a block of rooms in Georgetown for Friday night. These discounted rooms will be available for booking until September 19. More information and a booking link are provided below.

Transportation to the Venue

There is a 45-minute drive from the Sheraton Georgetown to the venue. For those who prefer not to make the drive in their own vehicle, we will have a charter bus available to take guests to and from the wedding. The bus will depart the Sheraton at 3:30 on Friday and will depart the venue for return after the sendoff at 10:30. If you want to reserve a seat on the bus, please RSVP by September 14 to murray@bighillranch.com

Important Schedule Considerations

Check-in at the Sheraton is at 3:00 pm. If you are arriving on Friday, we recommend that you request an early check-in to allow you time to settle and connect with the 3:30 bus departure. (If you are a member of Marriott Bonvoy, you may receive priority for early check-in requests). If you'd prefer more flexibility, Thursday night rooms are also available at a discount for our guests, subject to availability.
