DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?

Our host hotel is at the Charleston Marriott downtown. the room block closed on April 30th. This hotel is next door to the rehearsal dinner, welcome party and where the shuttles will pick up / drop off for the wedding!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Yes! At 4:45PM Shuttle transportation will take our hotel guests from the Charleston Marriott Hotel to Middleton Place Plantation. Shuttles will also take guests back to the Marriott and ShareHouse after the wedding! If you do decide to drive Middleton Place does allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the next morning by 9AM.

WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR?

FRIDAY: Rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party are both an all white affair! White, Gold, Tan are all acceptable. SATURDAY: The Wedding dress code is Black Tie. This means that suits, tuxedos and formal dresses are welcome. Visit our "Attire Inspiration" page for images and details!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night out!

DO YOU HAVE BABYSITTER REFERRALS?

Yes! We have list of local, highly referred babysitters that are available for our wedding weekend. Please reach out to Caroline or Nick to access the list. (These individuals are referred by Caroline's friends with children who personally vetted and recommended each person on the list).

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and promise that you will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Kindly RSVP by April 15, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 6PM. If you are later than 6PM our planning team will have you wait by the gate to the gardens until there is an opportune time to join the other guests. Reminder: Shuttles will be leaving the Charleston Marriott at 4:45PM.

WHERE IS THE AFTERPARTY

We will be going to one of our favorite late night spots downtown SHAREHOUSE to continue the party after the reception! Buses will be taking anyone who wishes to join us at Sharehouse. We hope to see you there!
