What is the dress code?
We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire while being mindful of a church ceremony. It is encouraged that any exposed shoulders be covered respectfully while in the church. We understand (and hope) that it will be a beautiful August day and while there will be plenty of opportunities to be outdoors, both the church and country club will be air conditioned.
As per the country club dress code, all shirts must have a collar or buttons and men's pants be full length
Are children allowed?
We are delighted to welcome children to the ceremony however the reception that follows will be ADULTS ONLY. There will be an intermission after the ceremony allowing everyone ample time to travel to the reception as well as get any children situated.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, both the church and country club have on-site parking.
Ride sharing is encouraged however, if you re needing to leave your car at the country club overnight, it is asked that you please pick it up by 9am the next morning.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones remain turned off and put away during the ceremony. There will be 2 photographers dedicated to capturing these special moments for us and of course we will share all of our photos from the day with everyone.
It is important to us that everyone be fully present and able to enjoy and celebrate our marriage. There will be plenty of time to take pictures at the church both before and after the ceremony. Pictures can (and are encouraged to) be taken freely for the remainder of the celebration.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our guests an open bar. We hope that our guest enjoy responsibly. Cars can be left overnight (see parking) so feel free to arrange carpooling/designated drivers. Alternatively, Ubers are often readily available.
