We would love our guests to wear semi-formal attire. The ceremony will take place outside while the reception will take place inside/under a tent, so please plan accordingly. While we'd love you to dress up with us, we also want our guests to dance and have fun so wear what you are comfortable in! No jeans or sweatpants please.

We have a strict guest list as our venue needs an accurate head count, so we will only be able to accommodate the guest(s) listed on your RSVP.

Due to space, we will only be able to accommodate children listed on your invitations/RSVPs. We love all the children in our families but are restricted on space.

The venue (Old Trail Golf Club) is located near Crozet, a small town approximately 20-25 minutes (15-20 miles) west of Charlottesville. While the drive is relatively easy, please note that rideshares like Lyft and Uber do not have consistent service going from Crozet to Charlottesville.

Spring in Charlottesville can be a little unpredictable but expect temperature between 60 and 80 degrees during the day. Please check the weather in Crozet, VA during the week leading up to the wedding. The ceremony will be outside (or under tent in case of inclement weather) while the reception will be inside and under the tent.

We would love to have everyone unplugged and present for the ceremony, so please no phones during the ceremony itself. We have a wonderful professional photographer who will take lots of beautiful pictures, so we want you to focus on taking in the scenery and enjoying the ceremony.

Yes, there is parking at the venue. You can leave your car in the parking lot until noon the following day.

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:00 as the ceremony will begin at 4:30. Late entrance will be delayed until after the ceremony.
