This hotel was built a few years ago and has good reviews, aside from a mention of a sparse included breakfast. It's about 11 minutes above the ceremony venue and weekend activities on I-80. It is also pet-friendly. Colfax is a small historic town that boasts a Starbucks and grocery store along with several gas stations and a train station. This is a newer hotel at the highest point in Auburn with good reviews and an American breakfast included. It's located just off I-80 about 14 minutes from the ceremony venue and weekend activities and about 9 minutes from the reception venue. If you want to skip the free breakfast and try one of the couple's favorite restaurants instead, there are two just across the freeway! Weimar University's Inn is located on the campus of the ceremony venue and weekend activities. Breakfast is not included, but there is a common kitchenette and communal laundry unit. Family and wedding party will have priority for this location, due to its accessibility to the venue.
