Located 4 hours from Park City, Moab is home to two national parks (Arches and Canyonlands) along with Dead Horse Point State Park. Dinosaur tracks can be found at sites like Bull Canyon Overlook and Copper Ridge and you can find petroglyphs, ancient rock artworks, that date from as early as 5500 BC.
Moab was one of our favorite places to bring the dogs for fun hiking adventures.
Located 4 hours from Park City, Zion National Park is in Southwest Utah. Zion is home to Angel's Landing (a 4 hour hike) and The Narrows (a 5 hour hike) and close to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park where you can rent sandboards and "surf" the dunes.
