WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving on Thursday so you can enjoy a full day in Park City on Friday and the welcome party at High West Saloon on Friday evening

WHAT CAN WE DO ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY?

We recommend checking out some hikes Park City Mountain, Historic Main Street, boating on the Jordanelle or golfing at the Caynons. There is a zipline, alpine slide, scenic lift rides and more. Check out the Things to Do tab for links to our favorite activities.

HOW WILL I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE?

Transportation will be provided for the wedding. Chartered vehicles will depart from Main Street at 4:30 will also return guests to this location with rides departing at 10:00 and 11:00 p.m.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Formal / Cocktail attire requested.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE WEDDING RECEPTION?

Yes! We will be hosting a cocktail hour with appetizers followed by a coursed dinner and dessert. Drinks will be available throughout the reception.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors at River Bottoms Ranch. The cocktail hour will be held outside on the lawn. Dinner will move indoors followed by dessert and a live band performance to close out the night.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR IN PARK CITY?

While we can do our best to predict, mountain weather is notoriously temperamental. We expect the daytime and early evening to be comfortably warm and the evening to be a bit cooler. We would recommend packing summer clothing with light layers to throw on in the evening in case it cools down.

IMPORTANT:

Park City is at an elevation of 7,000 feet so please remember to drink a lot of water and electrolytes before arriving and during your entire trip. Utah is a zero-tolerance state for DUIs and the legal limit is 0.05 BAC so please utilize the public transportation, wedding transportation and Uber/Lyft's while you are visiting.
