The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so we recommend our guests start arriving at least 15 minutes early, but no more than 45 minutes early, as guest seating will not start until 4:15pm.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Yes, there is a large lot located on site. Average travel time from our hotel blocks are between 25 and 30 minutes. The venue is semi remote, so scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride in advance is recommended.

The nearest airport is Grand Junction Regional. Another option is Montrose Regional, about 1 hour away from GJ. The two international airports are Denver (4 hours) and Salt Lake City (5 hours). There is a smaller airport in Provo, Utah (3.5 hours) but they have limited flights (Allegiant, American, or Breeze).
