Information on Where to Stay

We've reserved rooms at the hotels listed below, but Airbnb, VRBO or other home rentals can be a great, inexpensive option if you prefer to stay with a larger group, though availability may change as the province opens up.

Most of the events for the wedding will be in an area called Vieux-Quebec, or the Old Town, which is separated from the rest of Quebec by a stone wall and is a completely different vibe - more like a quaint European village than a big city! If you choose to stay at a different hotel or Airbnb, we highly encourage you to stay in Old Town Quebec, as it will be easier/faster for you to get to events and is way too beautiful to miss.

Please make your reservation by February 17th! Please call the number above, since the room block code does not work on their website. Please make sure you state that you are with our wedding group, block code is also listed here.

Buses and Transportation

We will provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to the Auberge and the Clarendon. The reception is approximately a 15-20min drive from both the ceremony and the hotels.

Bus schedule Sunday evening is as follows:
11:00pm - Bus to Auberge Saint Antoine
11:30pm - Bus to Clarendon
12:30am - Auberge
1:00am - Clarendon
1:30am - Clarendon and Auberge

Because the streets are small, it’s not possible for the bus to drop off at both locations each time, it won’t fit on the roads to get back to the reception.

A Note on Flights & Postponement

All main US airlines (Alaska, American, Delta, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Southwest, and United) have permanently removed change fees for tickets on main economy or higher. Since restrictions are still in place in Canada, we recommend booking either a refundable ticket or a ticket in main economy (double check the specifics with your carrier before booking). Please also note that there will likely be additional airline requirements to fly internationally, so please check with your carrier to know what is required to fly.

You will need a negative Covid PCR test to board your flight to Canada, taken within 72 hours of flying. At this time (Feb 2022) home test kits are not accepted for entry into Canada. We will try to keep this website updated with testing requirements for entry into Canada and back to the US as we get closer to the date.
