We have a new venue that’s still in Stone Ridge!

Our ceremony, reception and after party will be at

Friends & Neighbors (an Audrey’s Farmhouse location).

The address is 4321 US 209, Stone Ridge, NY -

(just 5 minutes down the road from our original venue)!

- there is parking on site! So feel free to bring your car if that’s what’s best for you!

- we are also working on coordinating our transportation from the Best Western in Kingston so if you can get there for a 3:30pm pick up on the day of the wedding and an 11pm departure from our venue back to the Best Western, you are set for transportation!

- if you need transportation outside of Kingston, we are working on ideas for you but please also begin to plan for yourself! We’ll be circling back ASAP with additional information for anyone who needs it.

- the terrain has changed! For those who are able, there will be a downhill walk from the welcome area to the ceremony area as well as an uphill walk from the ceremony area to the cocktail hour/reception/after party area. This walk (and the cocktail area) is on uneven gravel - please plan footwear accordingly!

- for anyone who is unable or nervous about this walk, there will be transportation options up and down the hill! Please let us know if you would prefer that method and know that there will still be a short, flat walk on uneven gravel to the ceremony and the cocktail hour will also be on uneven gravel if you would like to join us outside!

- our ceremony will be outside (technically) but it is protected from the elements! Ideally, our cocktail hour will happen outside, our reception will be inside (with doors and windows WIDE OPEN) and our afterparty will be both inside and outside. Our rain plan will be simply to move the cocktail and after party portions inside - easy peasy!

- our timeline is the same and is available on our home page on this website! (Welcome Drinks the night before, 4:30pm start on wedding day - 10pm end with an afterparty on site until 12am)

- there will be options available for all dietary needs still - YAY!

- NO OUTSIDE FOOD/ALCOHOL will be permitted on premises on the day of our wedding. We’ve got you there every step of the way, trust us!

- there will also be plenty of options available for anyone not partaking in alcoholic beverages. We also have you there!

- all rooms at Friends & Neighbors are booked already by our bridal party. If you still need accommodations, we strongly encourage you to get those in order ASAP and reach out if you need help!

- you will see rooms available at Hasbrouck House. The location is very convenient. The rooms are very nice. Book at will and reach out if you want any thoughts, suggestions or guidance on that.

- please know that yes, this last minute change has been a lot for us and our families to manage but yes, we are also VERY excited about Friends & Neighbors and cannot wait to see you all there!! If you want to check it out for yourself, click here!
