For the reception dinner, please take a look below to see the description for each option. Once you have reviewed, you can make your choice on your RSVP that you received in the mail by putting your initials next to your food choice. If you have any allergies, please circle which ones apply to you (or your partner if given)
Appetizers
Appetizers will be handed out during cocktail hour. What will be served are the following
• Mexico City street corn, tortilla shel, queso fresco & Tajin
• Salmon satay with citrus sauce
• Short rib & cheese chimichanga with chipotle aioli & parsley
• Chicken pastor mini tacos, with grilled pineapple relish, avocado-tomatillo sauce
Plated Dinner
Each dinner will start with an arugula , baby spinach & mixed green salad with avocado, strawberries, tomato, red onion, goat cheese & candy pecans with a champagne vinaigrette.
Each dish will be served with roasted garlic potato puree, baked brussel sprouts, red onions, mushrooms, bells peppers, carrots & butternut squash
Your dinner options are as follow:
• Salmon with a miso glaze & mango relish
• Grilled Santa Maria style chicken breast with au jus & avocado pico de gallo
• Pepper crusted New York steak with Cognac au jus sauce
• Vegetarian - this option will be created by the head chef from a variety of veggies he picks up from the local farmers market that week. (If there are any veggies you cannot have, please clarify)
