We respectfully request no children under the age of 13 at our ceremony and reception. Although we love kids, we hope you will understand and take the opportunity to have a night off and celebrate with us!

Birchwood Meadow has a large parking lot on site that can accommodate many people. If you're staying in the hotel block, there will be a free shuttle service and hour before the ceremony and and hour after the reception to take you to and from the hotel!

Absolutely not, if time constraints make it hard or stressful for you to get in town in time for the welcome party that's okay. Please don't stress, we'll get to see everyone on the big day!!

It's "semi-formal" or "cocktail", so ladies should wear cocktail dresses and men should wear suit and tie or a sports coat! Please keep in mind our ceremony will be outdoors and Ohio weather can be unpredictable in early May so dress accordingly. For people wanting to wear heels, there will be no walking in grass. Please NO JEANS!

After the ceremony there will be a short cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This will take place at Birchwood Meadow, so no travel is needed.
