As of July 2025 all travelers to Europe will need to apply for the ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System). This is a pre-screening requirement that must be completed online prior to arrival. The application takes about 10min, and requires a valid passport, email, and a $10 application fee. There are a couple options. If you're arriving from elsewhere in the country you can fly to the Salerno Airport which is about a 35km (~50min) drive from Maiori. If coming in internationally you're best bet will be the Naples International Airport which is about a 58km (~1hr) drive from Maiori.

Car rental services are widely available at the airport, though we recommend booking ahead. There are also several shuttle services you can book, or public buses if you're feeling adventurous. We also recommend looking into services provided by your hotel, as many will have deals with shuttle services to get you to and from the airport.

Both of the above mentioned hotels are next door to each other, in the center of town. Depending on everyone's travel plans, and whether or not they rented a car, we will be arranging a centralized shuttle pickup for the wedding.
