Our room block is for double occupancy rates. Please inquire about single, triple, and quad occupancy rates. Children under two years are not charged for the resort stay. Guests over the age of 12 are charged as adults. Maximum occupancy limits still apply.

This is an all-inclusive resort. Prices include the price of the resort, all meals, adult beverages.

Why book in the room block? Coordinating a wedding is a huge task! Rooms, flight schedules, transfers, dietary concerns, and the timeline for wedding events are best handled through Romance Globe Travel. Attending a destination wedding is not the same as just booking a hotel room. It is an event and you'll want to be included in all the fun and festivities. If you were going to a convention, you could not just book a hotel room and just show up. If staying at another hotel, you will be required to pay the $160 per person wedding pass fee that the resort requires. You will only be able to come to the resort one hour before the ceremony and will not be able to spend the other days celebrating with Cassie and Joe and their families. Plus, you don't want to add expenses for Cassie and Joe.
Swim Up: $236 per night, per person
Located in the Pyramid building, this spacious 44 sq m (483 sq ft) room has direct semi-private pool access and sea views. Guests 13+ only in all swim-up rooms.
King rooms have one bed and sofa bed. Room sleeps up to 4 guests. Double rooms have two beds and sleep up to 4 guests.
Dolphin View: $225 per night, per person. Children 2-12 yrs old are $88 per night.

Make sure your passport is valid for 6 months past the last day of travel.

Make sure you are allowed to travel to Mexico. They have become really strict about not letting people with DUIs, warrants, felonies, and unpaid back child support into the country. Consult with an attorney and the Mexican Consulate for more information.

Deposit is $100 per person. Children require no deposits.

Purchase Travel Insurance. Life happens and we don't want you losing any money if you get sick and can not go. I can quickly run you a quote for travel insurance to make sure you are covered. Plus, most US medical insurance does not cover you out of the country. Please check with your insurance company.
Step 4
Final payment is due October 8, 2022
Cancellation terms: All deposits and travel insurance are non-refundable. All reservations are non-refundable starting October 8, 2022. In the unfortunate event that the wedding can not take place, the cancellation terms still apply.
