The closest international airport is Florence. But Rome has more flight choices

From Rome, take the bullet train to Florence and switch to a local train to Arezzo. From Florence, take the local train to Arezzo. We will have a transport bus available in Arezzo at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7 to take you to the borgo. *Please note the shuttle bus will be an additional cost. We are still waiting on our quote, so the cost is to be determined. If you rent a car, we recommend you take the extended insurance. Italy is very hilly, with many round-abouts, and the locals drive fast. The borgo’s address is Via Corsignano, 52014 Poppi AR, Italy, and there is plenty of parking. Poppi is about 60 kilometers (an hour and a half) from Florence.

On May 7th there will be 2 shuttles available leaving from the Arezzo train station. The first shuttle leaves at 12:30pm, and the second shuttle leaves at 3:30pm. On May 10th we will have the first shuttle leaving the Borgo at 9:30am and the second shuttle leaving the Borgo at 11:00am. Once we receive our final guest count we will communicate with those of you opting in for the shuttle service to coordinate logistics and determine which shuttle you will be on. Please let us know if you have a preference!

Check out is designated on the 10th, however we recognize many guests may want to explore Italy further. If you choose to check out on the Thursday May 9th, please let us know when you RSVP.

Unfortunately, we will only have a shuttle available for check in May 7th, and check out May 10th. If you are checking out early on May 9th we recommend renting a car!

Yes! If you rent a car there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

In May, the temperature ranges from 50 to 70 degrees and can be breezy. Sweaters are recommended and rain jackets may be useful.

We are asking our guests to come in "dressy casual" attire for the welcome party. For men "dressy casual" can be nice trousers and a button-down shirt, or for a more polished look, a lighter-colored suit with no tie. For women this will look like sundresses or day dresses, a jumpsuit, an outfit with a midi skirt, a trendy suit or fun trousers, or if you prefer, a cocktail dress. Please keep in mind that the pathways at the Borgo are stone so opt for a flat shoe or block heel rather than a stiletto heel. Most importantly, please dress to your comfort and style! We're excited to celebrate with everyone!
