Castello di Poppi dei Conti Guidi
Built in the 10th to 12th centuries by the Counts Guidi. The castle contains works of art, ancient books and manuscripts, and a museum of the nearby Battle of Campaldino. Dante is rumored to have been staying at the castle while exiled from Florence and may have participated in the battle.
