Once official invitations are sent you will be able to RSVP on our website. Please RSVP as soon as possible! We want each and every one of you to be there; however, those who do not RSVP will not be able to be accommodated.
Can I bring a plus one?
No, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that guests will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
To ensure a more intimate celebration, we kindly request that the only named guests on the invitation attend.
What attire should I wear?
The dress code is cocktail to black-tie optional. This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses and suits. No jeans, khakis, or above the knee dresses or skirts. Please be mindful of your attire, as the ceremony will take place in the Cathedral of The Sacred Heart. Inspiration photos for guest attire will be available shortly. When should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm, please arrive no later than 1:50 pm.
Where can I stay?
There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs in the greater Richmond area. Please choose one that you feel will best fit your needs. We will not have a hotel block.
Will parking be available?
Parking for the ceremony will be available; however, it is limited as this is a city and the area is subject to being blocked off for events. We suggest that you carpool, Uber, or Lyft from your hotel to the Cathedral. Parking for the reception is reserved and will cost $5 a car! Reception parking is less than a block away from the venue. You can access your car at any time and leave it overnight (if needed) to pick up in the morning.
Will there be an afterparty?
While there won't be a formal afterparty, everyone is welcome to join the bride and groom as they bar hop after the reception! Rides will not be provided, please utilize any means of transportation you see fit (Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooter/Bike, or walking).
