Weather permitting, we plan to have an outdoor ceremony by the reflecting pool. Additionally, cocktail hour will be held in an indoor/outdoor space. Temperatures in September can fluctuate, so please plan accordingly.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! Hall of Springs has a designated parking lot just for event guests directly in front of the entrance. There is plenty of parking for all.
Can I bring my children?
We love your little ones, but we have decided that our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We encourage you to take the night off and enjoy yourselves. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. We have arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates on our "Travel" page. Saratoga Springs and the surrounding neighborhoods offer excellent Airbnb options for groups as they typically cater to Saratoga Race Track patrons. Note that the races will not be in session during wedding weekend.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional. Ladies should wear a midi or floor-length gown, pantsuit or dressy separates. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly. Either suits or tuxedos with a tie or bow tie are appropriate for gentlemen. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress!
The dress code for welcome drinks is cocktail. In the spirit of Saratoga, we encourage you to dress like you are attending the Travers or Kentucky Derby.
Can I bring a plus one?
We regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
If I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
