We recommend booking flights ASAP. Most airlines allow you to re-book so if the flights drop you can re-book and get a flight credit! You can also use google flights and hopper to track flights so you'll get alerted if they drop in price.

Transportation through Discova is included in the price of your accommodation. When you book your accommodations with Pam, she'll ask you for your flight itinerary and provide it to Discova and they will be ready to pick you up when you arrive. They will also pick you up from the resort and take you to the airport when its time to head home. We don't recommend renting a vehicle if you plan on joining us for the wedding. If you plan on doing excursions, we suggest booking them through the resort or Discova. Most excursions include transportation.

If you'd like to bring a friend to enjoy your stay in Mexico please do! However, due to limited capacity we can only allow the people named on the RSVP to join us at our wedding events.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at the ceremony due to the ceremony being located on the adults only side of the resort. For those children listed on your RSVP they will be able to attend the reception. The resort offers free childcare and offers three different clubs based on their age group. We’re calling it “Beach Formal”…plan on dressing it up a bit, but we want you to be comfortable! Guys feel free to skip the tuxedo but a suit and collared shirt are a safe bet and dresses for the ladies! Feel free to have fun with color (besides white of course), it may be a winter wedding but we'll be having fun in the sun down in Mexico! It is a little warmer in Cancun, so lighter material is recommended (e.g. linen, cotton, chiffon).

Yes, we have seen the recent media reports regarding traveling to Mexico. Although it is more common in the northern Mexican states and along the U.S. border, we are taking extra precautions to keep our guests safe and comfortable. We will be arranging transportation for our guests through Discova (owned by Liberty Travel a US company) which is included in our room block to ensure that everyone arrives safely to the resort. The resort has armed guards at the security gate and only allows guests that are registered and have a reservation to enter. Once inside, you will have everything you need on site, and there will be no need to leave the resort until your return trip to the airport, which will also be coordinated beforehand. We hope these precautions will help ease your mind to allow you to join us and enjoy your stay.
