Transportation Schedule

We will have a party bus available for wedding guests staying at the hotel. Please see the transportation schedule below for details.

Saturday, May 4

2:30 PM - Bus will leave the Westin with the Bridal Party & Immediate Family. Please meet in the downstairs lobby by the valet.

4:00 PM - Bus will be back at the Westin to pick up any out-of-town guests who would like a ride to the church (max capacity 58 people)

5:00 PM - Ceremony Starts

5:45 PM - Please stick around after the ceremony for a large group photo!

6:00 PM - Bus will drive back from HPPC to the Westin with out-of-town guests for cocktail hour

(Bridal Party and Extended Family, please stay at the church for photos during this time)

6:30 PM - Bus will be back at HPPC to pick up the bridal party & family for the reception

7:00 PM - Reception starts

Friday, May 3

We suggest walking to the Welcome Party at Rodeo Bar. It is around the corner (0.5 miles) from the hotel.

A bus will only be available for the bridal party going to the church for the rehearsal at 3:30 PM.
