A November wedding in New England could mean anything weather wise. To take this worry away all events will be taking place inside. If you run cold, we recommend bringing a shall but if you run warm, you will be comfortable in each space

Formal; this is your invitation to dress to impress! For women: Long evening gown or formal cocktail dress Elegant heels or dressy flats Sophisticated accessories like a clutch, jewelry, and shawl or wrap For men: Suit or formal dinner jacket

We ask that all guests arrive at the ceremony by 4:15

Our day is carefully planned to ensure each moment flows beautifully. Before the ceremony and during cocktail hour, we’ll have a guest portrait photographer available to take photos of each guest or couple. Since we’ve asked everyone to dress to impress, we’d love to capture you looking your best! Arriving between 3:45-4:15 will give you the chance to have your portrait taken before the celebration begins.

We’re asking for a tech-free moment! Please leave your phones and cameras aside during the ceremony—let’s enjoy the memories together!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Guests with allergies and dietary preferences, please make note when completing RSVP.

Hotel check in is listed on their website as 4pm, however November in Newport is considered the "off season" and the hotel will do the best of their ability to accommodate early check in for our guests

Yes, we’ve put together a registry for those who wish to give a gift. You can find our registry on the "Our Registry" tab. In addition to our registry, there will be a card box at our reception for guests preferring to give a monetary gift.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
