The nearest airport is in Missoula, MT, which is about a 30-minute drive from the venue. You can also fly into Bozeman, but it's a 3-hour drive to Missoula from there. Keep in mind that flights into Bozeman might be more affordable. Ultimately, your choice of airport will depend on your plans and what you want to explore during your visit!

Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Dining will take place in the foyer of White Raven. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a covered veranda, patios, trails, and gardens at the venue.

Yes; however, parking may become limited. When you RSVP please let us know if you're interested in taking a shuttle from downtown Missoula to the venue. Shuttle pickup and drop-off will be at designated times.

Buses will be DEPARTING The Residence Inn in downtown Missoula at 3pm. Address: 125 N Pattee St, Missoula, MT 59802 There will be two return times available, 8:30pm and 10:30pm

Yes. Please click on the "Where to Stay" tab. We have complimentary room blocks for the following hotels: The Holiday in Downtown Missoula and The Residence Inn in Downtown Missoula. These blocks are limited so please reserve promptly!

In my opinion, June is the ideal time to visit Montana! The weather is typically mild, with temperatures in the 70s or 80s. Evenings can get a bit chilly, dropping into the 40s, so it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket or wrap. If you're interested in fishing, this is also when Montana's largest hatch, the salmonfly hatch, takes place!

Children are welcome; however, please feel free to use this time as an adults only getaway.

Complimentary beer, wine, and a select number of specialty cocktails will be served. Please make sure to bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Rehearsal will be at the White Raven Venue at 4pm on June 19th. We will have a rehearsal dinner to follow at The Keep at 6pm.
