If someone doesn’t RSVP and still shows up to the wedding without notice, it creates unnecessary stress and complications. Guest counts are finalized in advance for seating, meals, and venue limits. Unannounced arrivals may not be accommodated and can be seen as disrespectful to the couple and the planning process. Please RSVP as requested—unconfirmed guests may be turned away.

Attire: Semi-Formal / Cocktail Semi-formal or cocktail attire strikes a balance between formal elegance and relaxed comfort. For weddings, this generally means: For Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or a dressy jumpsuit. Pair with heels, flats, or dressy sandals. For Men: Dress slacks with a button-down shirt and a blazer or sport coat. Ties are optional but encouraged. Dress shoes or polished loafers complete the look. A suit is welcome but not required. In short, aim for a refined look and avoid casual items like jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.

Oh, you bet there’s going to be food – and delicious food at that! Caden and I have whipped up a BBQ menu that’s guaranteed to make any Southerner’s taste buds do a happy dance. You won’t want to miss it!

We’re excited to celebrate with you! While we won’t have a traditional open bar, we’ve hired a professional bartender who will be serving a great selection of drinks, including: Wine, Beer on tap, and Our signature His & Hers cocktails Don’t worry—we’ve got the drinks covered, so there’s no need to bring any alcohol yourself. In fact, we kindly ask that you don’t bring any outside liquor, as doing so could cause us to lose our security deposit with the venue. Thanks for understanding, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Even vapes leave behind odors, and if anyone smokes or vapes inside, we’ll be charged for deep cleaning and could lose our deposit. 🚫 Please also do not smoke or vape under the covered outdoor reception area or during the ceremony. ✅ Smoking and vaping are allowed in designated outdoor areas—feel free to smoke by the firepit or in open outdoor spaces away from the main gathering areas. Your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us, and that’s the greatest gift we could ask for! While gifts and gift cards are certainly appreciated, they are not expected. For those who would like to give something, we’ve set up designated drop-off areas at the venue for cards and gifts. We’ve also created a few online registries to make things easy and convenient—guests can choose something they’d like to gift and have it shipped directly to our home.
