Friday, June 21, 2024 at 7:30 pm Please plan to depart hotel at 7:00 pm sharp. Dress Code - Beachy Business Casual. Think earth-tones, natural prints, and comfy. For men, khakis or slacks and a nice polo. Exception will be made for Hawaiian shirts! For women, beachy dresses or linen with muted prints (floral, natural, etc) or solids. We recommend bringing a shawl or jacket as it will likely be windy! Food & Drink - We will have an open bar & food for grazing. We recommend eating a big lunch that day! Again, it is an open bar and transportation is provided! Photos - Every individual or couple will receive a disposable camera for the evening. Rather than having a photographer, we would prefer anyone to be able to capture the moment. Cell phones are welcome for pics and videos. Please take as many pictures as you like so we capture every moment, even the ones we aren't there to see!

Cost for accommodations will be unique to how many nights you will be joining. Guests staying for the whole trip can anticipate a larger cost than guests staying one or two nights. Please reach out to Celia or Corey to discuss.

There are some paid activities as some historic landmarks charge entrance fees. Canyoneering and Boating on June 20, 2024 are the only paid activities we have pre-planned.

No gift needed, we are grateful for your presence! During the ceremony, we will be passing around a time capsule box that will be locked and re-opened on our first wedding anniversary. We ask that you bring a small sentimental item to place in the time capsule to commemorate the ceremony and guests in attendance. This can be anything from a nostalgic memento, a photo, a written letter, or anything sentimental. We will not see what you place into the box until we re-open on our anniversary.

For guests joining for the entirety of the trip, transportation will be provided. We are renting vehicles for the week to travel between destinations. For guests joining later in the trip, we ask that you arrange your own transportation to meet us and to depart. Once in Riva Del Garda, there are taxis available for local travel. Our hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 30(ish) minute walk into Riva Del Garda town center.

Nope! While we will be following the itinerary you definitely do not have to. Most areas have alternative activities that are accessible by car or taxi. We will have multiple vehicles so the group can split up if needed. Cities like Bolzano and Riva have a lot of things to visit,
