June 15, 2024 - Guests will be arriving throughout the day on June 15, 2024. Upon arrival we plan to explore the city.
We will spend the evening at Camping Rialto. See Accommodations tab for more information.

June 16 - June 18, 2024
Hike Tre Cime di Lavaredo
June 16, 2024. Length: 6.3 miles , Elevation: 1,532 ft ; Route Type: Loop. Although the stats may be intimidating, most reviews of the trail note that it is very accessible! There are 2 Rifugios (hiker's outposts) along the trail should you need to refill water take a break, or have a bite to eat and a beer.
Hike Cadini di misurina
Sunrise, June 17, 2024. Length: 2.1 miles, Elevation: 685 ft, Route Typle: Out and Back. This hike is considered moderately challenging. Portions of this hike are steeper at certain points of the trail, so bring a pair of sneakers with good tread. Celia & Corey will be bringing a photographer to take wedding photos during this hike, so we recommend bringing a snack and extra water to hang out during our shoot.
Hike to Lake Sorapis
Afternoon, June 17, 2024. Length: 7.4 miles, Elevation: 1,916 ft, Route Type: Out and Back. This trail is also considered moderately challenging. Parts of this trail have metal ladders, iron ropes, and slippery loose rocks so please take caution before beginning. The hike will bring you to beautiful alpine Lake Sorapis.
As an alternative to the Lake Sorapis hike, guests can share a vehicle and head towards Cadini Di Misurina, or visit one of the many mountain viewpoints in the area!
We will spend our evenings at Grand Hotel Misurina.

Seceda Ridge Hike (Via Cable Car)
June 18, 2024. Length: 6.2 miles, Elevation 1,768 ft, Route Type: Loop. This well-maintained trail wanders through cattle fields, along mountain ridgelines, and is accessed via cable car. We plan to take the cable car up to the trailhead. There is a Rifugio and ridgeline viewpoint accessible from the cable car stop. This hike will make you feel like you are in The Sound of Music in real life!
As an alternative to this hike, guests are welcome to continue to drive to Bolzano and have more time to explore the city. Hikers will return meet the rest of the party in Bolzano when they finish the trail.
We will spend the evening at Laubenhaus.

June 18 - June 19, 2024
Explore Bolzano
Museums, castles, river trails, and more! Bolzano is nested between the mountains of the Dolomites and is the perfect city to explore on foot. We will have dinner in Bolzano and spend the evening walking around.
Misurina to Verona
Explore Verona
Verona is the city where Romeo and Juliet is set. You can visit Juliet's House, explore landmarks (Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore, Castelvecchio Museum, Tomba di Giulietta, and more), but most importantly visit Verona Arena, the city's Roman Amphitheater. We plan to spend the day in Verona before we drive to Riva.

June 19 - June 22, 2024
Canyoneering
Morning, June 20, 2024. Approximately 4 hours and you will get wet. Not recommended for those with fear of confined spaces. The following are provided: wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness, buoyancy aid. Recommended to bring: Sneakers (they will get wet), T-shirt, bathing suit (wearing to the activity), Towel, change of clothes and dry shoes for after. Rain or shine! Additional $90 per person.
Boating on Lake Garda
Afternoon, June 20, 2024. We plan to rent three small boats to bring out on the water from 3 - 6 pm. Additional $60 per person to split rental cost.
As an alternative to these activities, we invite you to explore the area. Our accommodations are a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Riva Del Garda town center. If you are looking for beaches, out hotel owns the private beach across the street or there are beaches in town. All beaches on the lake are rock beaches so water shoes are recommended. Guests who are arriving on June 20, 2024 are encouraged to check in at the hotel to drop off luggage prior to exploring.

Wedding Ceremony Details
Please see Home and FAQ tab for details regarding the wedding. We intend to leave the hotel at 7:00 pm sharp to head to the ceremony as a group. Unless advised, the day is open for exploring.
