There are many hotels in Downtown Phoenix that are about 20 minutes north of the venue. There is also the Vee Quiva Casino south of the venue or the Grand Hotel 20 mins east of the venue.
Ireland
The only hotel we have blocked rooms for would be Tulfarris near the reception venue.
They are first come first served and you must call the hotel to reserve. There will be a charter bus to bring guests back and forth from the hotel to the venue.
Additionally we will be providing a second bus from the town of Naas.
Pick up exact location and time is to be determined. (Updates on website will be posted once known).
There are plenty of options for accommodation in this town. If you decide to stay in Naas please let us know so that we can provide appropriate numbers for pick up.

Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 and rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Should you wish to arrange an early arrival or late departure, please contact a member of our team who will be happy to do their utmost to arrange this for you, certain conditions may apply. As we cannot guarantee access to your room earlier than 16:00, we recommend booking your room the night before if it is a must for you. Alternatively, all guests are welcome to use our golf changing rooms, while we store your luggage until your room is available.
Cancellation or Modification
If you have booked directly you have the option to cancel your reservation up to 4pm 2 days prior to arrival with no penalty (excludes prepaid and advance purchase rates).
On Arrival
Guests who have guaranteed their reservations with credit cards will be asked for a pre-authorisation on arrival. Alternatively, guests paying by cash will be asked for full payment upon arrival, Photo ID may be required.
Parking & Directions
Ample parking is provided to all of our guests free of charge which is located on the hotel grounds. For travelling directions, you can find us on Google maps.
