Is the venue on Base?
No, it is not located on the base & it is open to the public. Just a short distance from Washington, DC, and conveniently located off I-95, the National Museum of the Marine Corps is a stunning and unique venue to host your next event. A first-class, cutting-edge, and world-renowned facility, the Museum offers guests an unforgettable experience amidst some of the Nation's most historic and treasured artifacts.

Yes, Stephanie has a list & can introduce you to others who want a roommate.
Is there something the Bride and Groom need help with for the wedding?
Yes, please take pictures & videos at the wedding & reception. Then, upload them to our site. We will have a QR code at the wedding to use.
Should we eat dinner before the Wedding?
Yes, we will serve dinner
Can kids come?
Yes, but you MUST RSVP for everyone. No matter the age group, we get charged per person for the hors d’oeuvres. Final numbers must be in by 1 May 2024 to the venue.
Did the Groom & Bride register?

Do I need to bring cash for the Bar at the wedding?
Yes, there will be a cash bar.

How long will the reception go?
The last call will be at 10:30 pm & everyone exits at 10:45 pm to wish Mr. & Mrs. Crisp a fantastic happily ever after.
Do my bags get checked when I go inside the museum?
Yes, they have a security check at the doors; they look for knives, guns, weapons & alcohol. So please do not bring them into the venue.
At the reception can I explore the museum?
Yes, please note we only have access from 7 pm - 8:30 pm.
Is the Venue close to Quantico?
The National Museum of the Marine Corps is a lasting tribute to the commitment, accomplishments, and sacrifices of U.S. Marines. Situated on a 135-acre site adjacent to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia (but NOT on base).
Can I see the Groom & Bride before the wedding?
On the wedding day, the happy couple will be on a tight schedule. Sadly, they will be with the Groomsmen, Bridesmaids & immediate family. Remember that they are excited to see you at the wedding and reception, and they will catch up then.
Is traffic crazy by the venue?
Yes, it's congested & most things take 30 min to an hour to get to. So it is recommended to plan for bad traffic.
