Who can I contact with questions on the day of the wedding?
As the groom and bride will be busy getting ready to enjoy their special day, all questions will be directed towards our good friend Tyler McWilliams on the day of the wedding.
What food will be available?
We are a very laid-back, comfort-food-obsessed couple, and as such, we decided to go with one of our favorites: Pizza, served by Overtyme Grill, with salad, breadsticks, pasta, and sides.
What drinks will be served?
We have informed the venue that we will be having a dry wedding, so it’ll be simple drinks such as the groom’s favorite - sweet tea-, the bride’s favorite -lemonade-, and lots of waters and pop/soda. This is to make sure everyone enjoys the day and gets home safely.
What is the venue like?
We are having the ceremony at the family church of the bride in Pontiac, MI. The reception will be held about fifteen minutes away at the reception hall inside Overtyme Grill & Tap Room, where we will enjoy dinner and plenty of laughs!
Is there a dress code or color scheme?
Yes and no! There is no specific dress code, but we plan on taking photos with all of our guests. Whatever you would like to wear that you feel comfortable and confident in is entirely welcome. If that is your flowy summer dress, your four-piece suit, your dress shirt and jean combo, or Sunday morning outfit, we are just excited to see YOU. Our wedding colors are just several pastel shades of green and blue, but any pop of color you choose to come in will make our day that much brighter.
Wedding Gifts?
Gifts are appreciated but not expected. We know that many family and friends are traveling to spend this day with us, and that is the best gift we could ask for.
If you do wish to send us a gift, our address is: 2640 Green Bay Ave, Pensacola, FL 32526.
(Out-of-Towners) Things To Do?
For our out-of-town family and friends, we have listed some fun things to do while you’re in town! If you come earlier or stay later, check out our Things To Do page to find some ideas!
When is the deadline to RSVP?
Contrary to what your invite says, the deadline to RSVP is not March 15th or 30th. This is due to the huge and last minute change in venue, and our invites having to be reordered and sent out later than planned. Because of the late arrival of your invite, it’s completely understandable if you cannot give us a definite answer and headcount by March, so we moved the deadline date to April 30th.
