We have created the following timeline, and will stick to it as closely as possible so all guests can know what to expect and how to plan for the day. However, as with all important events, there’s always a possibility that things won’t go according to plan. All guests are welcome to leave at any point after the ceremony, but we would enjoy the pleasure of your company for as long as you would like to stay.


Led by the father-of-the-groom, Pastor Jeffrey Mitchell, we will say our vows in front of our friends and family.

Check out our Q&A section to see some of the dishes that will be on the menu! This is when we will begin to arrive at the reception venue, but we also will have games around for our guests to enjoy as the bride and groom take photos with family and the wedding party.

The food will begin to be served and games will continue, but this is when some real fun will begin. We will start with some speeches from our family and friends, some dancing, and obviously some dessert. Feel free to request songs for the dance floor or take a turn at the head table to give a speech! (This is the time to also place bets on whose speech will get the most laughs or the most tears.)

While we are excited to see every single one of you, our venue does have a curfew. Just like Cinderella’s carriage turned into a pumpkin by midnight, our amazing night will be over at 12:00 A.M. We love and appreciate every single one of you, and we will be looking forward to the next time we can all get together!
