A shuttle service will be provided to take guests to and from the wedding venue. The pickup location for these shuttles will be the loop at The Comfort Inn Sylva. Pickup times for the shuttles are 3:05PM and 3:45PM.

The last shuttle will depart The Comfort Inn promptly at 3:50PM.

There is an Early Return Shuttle that will depart the venue at 8:30PM for guests who do not wish to stay through the entire reception.

Remaining return shuttles will depart the venue at 10:05PM and 10:50PM.

**Guests not staying at The Comfort Inn and are taking the shuttle may park across the street, in the Wal-Mart Supercenter parking lot.**

3:05pm - First shuttle departs The Comfort Inn

3:50pm - Final shuttle departs The Comfort Inn

4:00pm - Seating at Ceremony site begins

4:30pm - Wedding Ceremony

5:00pm - Cocktail Hour Begins

6:00pm - Reception Begins, Introductions & Toasts

6:30pm - Dinner Begins

7:30pm - Dance Floor Opens

8:15pm - Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss

8:30pm - Early Return Shuttle departs

9:45pm - Last Call

10:00pm - Farewell

10:05pm - Return shuttles depart

10:50pm - Last shuttle departs the venue
