Please make sure to check the weather closer to the date and pack accordingly as weather in the mountains can be unpredictable. Generally though, the area sees a high in the mid 70s and a low in the mid 50s.

The Ceremony will take place outside in an open-air covered pavilion. The Reception will be hybrid with dinner being served in an indoor hall and the dancefloor being on an adjacent covered patio.

After the ceremony the Bride and Groom will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. During this time, guests can enjoy Cocktail Hour with drinks and appetizers.

Yes! There will be a Welcome Reception Thursday evening and a Drop-In on Saturday afternoon. Please see the bottom of the Homepage for details.

The address of the venue is 612 E. Hampshire Blvd, Whittier, NC 28789. We will provide a shuttle to and from the Comfort Inn Sylva - Cullowhee for those who prefer not to drive. We request that you do not drive if you plan to drink considering the road conditions on the mountain. No cars can be left overnight at the venue or towing will be enforced at owner's expense. Additional information about Shuttle Schedule can be found in the 'Day-Of Details' Tab.

We ask that all guests arrive no earlier than 4:00PM and are seated by 4:25PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

There is free parking onsite with handicap accessibility. However, no cars can be left overnight at the venue or towing will be enforced at owner's expense.

Due to limited space, our wedding is RSVP only. All guests will be listed online when you visit our website. Please be sure to RSVP for both yourself and your guest if applicable. We will only be able to accommodate those listed in your RSVP options online.

We love your kids, but outside of the Bridal Party, we will not be asking them to celebrate with us. The Bridal Party will be afforded the option to bring their kids in order to lighten the logistical burden associated with their additional responsibilities over the weekend.

There is a hotel block with Comfort Inn Sylva - Cullowhee. Please check under the 'Travel & Accommodation' Tab on our website for additional details. There are also great Airbnb options available in the surrounding area.

During the ceremony we ask that you are with us in the moment and keep your cell phones away. However, after the ceremony pictures and posting are encouraged! When posting, use #CheersToCharlieAndCasey in your posts so everyone can find them.
