While we would love to have an unlimited guest list, we cannot allow everyone to bring a guest due to our venue size! Please note that if your invitation does not specify, you did not receive a plus one.

The wedding will be completely outside on the property of Keswick Vineyards which includes our ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception. Our reception, however, will be under a tent! Should we have inclement weather, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be covered from the elements.

Yes! We will provide transportation (buses) from the hotels to the venue, Keswick Vineyards, and back to the hotels after the wedding. There will be an early bus and a late bus during the reception. For planning purposes, the busses will plan to leave at 4:20 PM (promptly) and return by 11:40 PM. There will be an early bus to leave the venue around 9:15 PM.

Yes, there is parking on the back side of the property! Follow the signs around to park in the large lot. If you do plan to drive yourself from the hotels, the venue is located about 27 minutes away. If you plan to drive from Richmond, VA, the trip is about an hour and 10 minutes without any delays; please plan accordingly.

We envision our guests in formal wedding attire; which is between cocktail and black tie on the wedding dress code scale. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie nuptial. For summer events, lighter fabrics, brighter colors, and shorter hems are common for formal attire. A knee-length dress, midi dress, or even a flowy maxi dress is great; even a standard necktie rather than a bow tie is perfect! Ladies: Formal wedding dresses include both evening gowns and elegant cocktail frocks, or jumpsuits! Gentlemen: Men can wear a tuxedo, but they do not have to-- a suit and tie are appropriate! Dress shoes fit the bill; consider patent leather loafers for a tux or laced oxfords for a suit. This is also a great time to break out the cufflinks!
