Please see the information below regarding the two hotel blocks we have secured in Downtown Charlottesville:
-The two hotels are a 2 minute walk from each other.
-All room accommodations need to be made by May 10th for the Courtyard Marriott and May 21st for the Graduate.
-You can either visit the booking links below or call in to the numbers for reservations. If you do call, please make sure to mention this is for the Booker-Watson Wedding Block to receive the group discount.
-Transportation will be provided from the hotels to the Rehearsal Dinner outside the hotels.
-For the night of the wedding, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels. For planning purposes, the busses will plan to leave at 4:20 PM (promptly) and return by 11:40 PM. There will be an early bus to leave the venue around 9:15 PM. If you do drive, the venue is located about 27 minutes from the hotels.
-The transportation should be outside in the yellow area below in the image on Main Street in-between the two hotels.
Graduate Charlottesville
The group discount is open until May 21st; please book your room before then! There is no minimum stay at The Graduate and we have a group block for Saturday only.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that transportation will be leaving PROMPTLY at 4:20 PM--please plan accordingly if you are checking in Saturday. You may request an early check-in, but it is not guaranteed. You can store your luggage at the desk before check-in.
They offer valet services at $22 per night and self-parking for $20 per night.
For the night of the wedding, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels.

Guest room check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
We have rooms with king beds (with a sofa bed) and two queen beds. The group discount is open until May 10th; please book your room before then!
Parking is available at $10 per day; there is parallel parking but it is first come first serve and not guaranteed.
