Please arrive to Mount Ida for the ceremony at 4:30pm so we can start right at 5pm!
We will have an after party at the Whiskey Jar at the downtown mall following the reception. Transportation will be provided from Mount Ida to the downtown mall.

*Important transportation information*
If you are staying at the Courtyard University Medical Center OR the Fairfield Inn and Suites:
Shuttle 1 will be picking up at the Courtyard first at 3:50pm and then the Fairfield at 4:10pm.
If you are staying at the Home 2 Suites OR anywhere near the downtown mall:
Shuttle 2 will be picking up at the Home 2 Suites at 4:00pm.
-Please please be on time, the buses will wait ~10 minutes at each location.
-Feel free to drive yourself to the venue as well. There is parking lot and if you take the shuttle back at the end of the night you may leave your car at the venue, but please pick it up between 9am-noon on Sunday.
