This hike is ~4 miles and takes about 2 and half hours. It’s ranked as moderate difficulty. Getting there: From Interstate 64 you want to take the Blue Ridge Parkway south until you see the entrance to the Humpback rocks parking lot on your left. The parking lot will be on the right if you are coming north.

An easy out and back hike that is ~4 miles. Good for walking, biking, or running!
