Anna was my college roommate for three years after we went to the same middle school and high school. We used to sit on our beds freshman year talking about what our weddings would be like one day-- and here we are! I was a bridesmaid in her wedding in August 2025 and now she's my maid of honor.

Katie and I became attached at the hip my sophomore year of college through working on the yearbook staff together. We became Co-Editors-in-Chief in 2020-2021 and made the most beautiful yearbook together. Katie introduced me to Texas Roadhouse and I introduced her to keeping bread in the fridge, so it's safe to say we've changed each other a lot.

Kendall is another yearbook gal I met during college. Kendall is the reason I like to go swing dancing and line dancing and is my go-to phone-call friend. I can always count on Kendall to yap about everything under the sun with me. When she's in Manhattan, you can catch us at Arrow Cocktail Lounge sipping cute drinks and at Dirty Dawgs dancing the night away.

Camille is probably the person in the wedding party who has known me the longest. We grew up riding horses together when Camille joined the barn I rode at in 2012. Our moms became quick best friends while Camille and I attended countless horse shows together for over 10 years. No one gets each other quite like horse girls do!

Leeta has been a good friend since we met in February 2024.  We met through John and Chase, and I knew we'd be friends for life when John told us he was proposing to her. We got to be part of the proposal by meeting Leeta for a daily Mass in St. Louis while unbeknownst to her, John was waiting in a nearby side chapel. It was a total surprise to her, and the whole weekend brought us closer.

I was the third person John met when his family moved to Manhattan in 2015, and we have been inseparable since. We have gone to Florida, New Orleans, K-State and MHS games together. Every Friday night involved deep dish pizza! Most importantly, he's the man that influenced me to practice my Catholic faith. He's more like a brother than a friend to me.

I met Luke at Taphouse in October 2022 shortly after John connected us through FOCUS. Luke was in the thick of my reversion to the Catholic Church, inviting me to Bible studies, daily Mass, SEEK, and eventually, a mission trip to Peru. He has been a great friend and mentor to me, and I can't imagine my wedding without him. I look forward to sharing many more beers with him!

Brendan and I go way back to our Anthony Middle School days. It's hard to remember a weekend where we didn't shoot hoops, play video games, or go cruising around the town. We remained close through high school and college, and I eventually lived with him, his wife Abby, and their three girls briefly.

Bailey could have been Brendan and I wouldn't have caught on for a few years. For the longest time I mixed them up because they're identical twins, and we shared pretty much every moment together from 13 years old to 24 years old. His wife, Sina, and I go back even further, so we've been a tight group for a long time and I don't see that changing.

You might be shocked to learn that Hayden and I aren't blood related! But we grew up together as brothers and we're closer than ever after he was injured in a motorcycle crash last summer. I'm so grateful to God that he’ll be standing next to me as I receive the sacrament of matrimony.

There are three hotels very close to both the ceremony and reception venues. The Holiday Inn is the closest and the Bluemont Hotel and Courtyard in Aggieville are right across the street from each other. There are room blocks for all three of these hotels. You are welcome to choose one of these or find a different hotel or Air BnB; feel free to pick where you are most comfortable!

Dress Code

Itinerary

Ceremony: 2 p.m.

Our ceremony will be 2 p.m. at St. Isidore's Catholic Student Center. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before. Our programs will have detailed explanations to walk you through the wedding Mass so you can follow along and participate if you would like. We can't wait for you to witness as we receive the sacrament of marriage!

The Catholic Gap: 3-5 p.m.

Following the ceremony, there will be a gap in festivities. You are more than welcome to go wherever you would like during this time, but we will provide location recommendations before we go to the Alumni Center for cocktail hour. Whether you go check into the hotel if you're staying overnight, go back home if you're from in town, or if you want to check out a place we recommend, we hope you enjoy this time to relax before the party starts!

Cocktail Hour: 5 p.m.

The reception will begin with cocktail hour at 5 p.m. at the K-State Alumni Center. We will have hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and a photo booth for you to enjoy. The wedding party photos will also be concluded by this time, so our whole gang will be there to hang out and chat with everyone!

Reception: 6 p.m.

The reception banquet room will open at 6 p.m. for everyone to come in and find their seat before we have dinner. We will eat some great food, listen to speeches, do our special dances and have dessert before kicking off the open dancing portion of the night.

Open Dancing

We hope to have everyone out on the dance floor having the time of your lives with us. We encourage you to bring a change of shoes if you would like so you can get down and be comfortable!

Late Night Snack: 9 p.m.

There's nothing that gets you hungry quite like dancing the night away. We'll have a mashed potato bar for a late night snack that will have all the topics you could want (including gravy!)

Reception Concludes: 11 p.m.

Our party at the Alumni Center will conclude at 11 p.m., but that doesn't mean the party stops. The party will continue into Aggieville, our bar district just down the road. Our crew will be going to Johnny Kaw's Yard Bar before ending the night at Dirty Dawg Saloon for some country swing dancing and line dancing. Some of the wedding party will be changing out of their wedding clothes, feel free to do the same if you would like! If you're down for a good time, come continue the celebration with us!
