Chase and Kayla’s story began at Concord Church of Christ. For those who don’t know, Central Florida has many Churches of Christ with young adult groups. Somehow both Chase and Kayla ended up at Concord and God’s plan was in action.

As Kayla frequently visits the Sanford Church of Christ as well, Chase and Kayla did not speak much in the beginning. They mainly knew each other as being part of Concord’s young adults group. With all of their shared interests however, they naturally began talking and hanging out more and more at events and after church over the next few months.

In March of 2023 they started to form a deeper connection and at this point they both realized how much they have in common and how much fun they have together. In April of 2023 Chase (finally) asked Kayla on their first date and started officially dating in May of 2023 (although it feels like so much longer!)

After that everything just kind of clicked and Chase proposed to Kayla in October of 2023. That brings us to today. Chase and Kayla are having a lot of fun planning their wedding and their future life together. Chase is also looking forward to becoming a cat dad. Together, they are very excited to take on life and travel the world!
