Love at first sight you ask? Well maybe it wasn't like how they show in the movies but it was close. There was no slowing the flame once it was lit, it was like we had always been together. Now I am not going to gag you with telling our story of cute dates, big adventures, large decisions and all the fun that lead us to this big moment of I do because let's be real you all have been apart of the ride with us. We are forever grateful that life brought us together and that we have the amazing support system that we do. You have all played a special role in our love story at one point or another and now we are so excited for this next chapter, marriage! In true Ryan &amp; Chelsea fashion we have decided the conventional wedding everyone dreams about is not what we want, so here we are embarking on yet another adventure but this time we are inviting you to join us! We will be saying "I do" on a Carnival Cruise on our 6th Anniversary. Why not have a 4 day reception with our family and friends!? We are so excited for the memories that will be made on this cruise!

We honestly are blown away by the love and support of all our favorite people wanting to be along for our epic wedding cruise adventure! YOU ARE IN THE WEDDING!!

Please plan to book a hotel room for April 25th. We will need everyone to go down the night before the cruise. With an infant we will likely have to make a couple stops we do not expect any one to car pool with us as we will just be going with the flow however anyone that wants to tag a long together please meet at Taco Bell in Jamestown at 6:15 am to roll out. Please let us know if you plan to do this, if not safe travels and we are so excited to see you. :)

With 42 people going out to eat was going to be next to impossible, trust me I tried. However we have decided to reserve an area for all of us to gather April 25th at Trademark Brewery where a yummy food truck will be present for every to order from at their own leisure. more details to come on this in the next few days as I am finalizing it. We ask that our guests wear all black and or dark gray! Yes, another unconventional move but the pictures will be great! Formal, semi formal, and cocktail hour attire Also remember there is a formal night on the cruise no need to buy two outfits reuse your wedding attire if you'd like!

Wedding Guest Attire

Wedding Day timeline: ATTENTION: Carnival has emailed stating all guests need to be at terminal doors @ 9AM it was highly recommended to have all guests arrive to port by 8:40 am at latest that way all parking and unloading is completed - sorry friends! 9:00 - all guests must arrive at terminal dressed and ready for wedding ONLY small carry on/ purse/small backpack with essential items will be allowed on at boarding everything else will need to be check be sure to print boarding passes and have your luggage tags attached Boarding can take 1-1.5 hours, it will go smoother if you have all your documents together and nothing in bags that aren't allowed. I will link Carnivals dos and don'ts for all things packing below please read. documents: either you need a passport or you will need to have birth certificate AND drivers license. Minors will need birth certificatePLEASE make sure your name on your booking with Carnival matches your documentation or they will not let you board. From roughly 10am- 12:15 pm all wedding guests will get to explore the ship, lido deck will be open. The wedding coordinator will give you all wedding details at the time of boarding. 12:30-12:45/1pm wedding ceremony 1pm reception: our reception will include drinks and food we have prepaid for all guests. A champagne toast and and a yummy custom cake! AND dancing! The reception moves fast and we hope to just enjoy and make the best of it with all our favorite people!! Following the reception we have a photographer for 1 hour, we ask before everyone disperses on the boat that we get at least one entire group photo! This is very important to us! Other bdays after cruise but still we want to recognize:Jolene's bday is April 30thGlenn's bday is May 1st We were able to orchestrate all of the sailing guests to be seated together in MDR for dinner, this is such a fun part of cruising and we are excited for everyone to be together. Weather predictions:April on Catalina Island features mild, dry, and pleasant weather, with daily highs increasing from 66F-69F and lows 52F-54F In April, Ensenada experiences mild, pleasant, and mostly sunny weather, ideal for tourism. Daily high temperatures typically range from 70F-73F and lows of around 52F watch weather week or so before to know how to pack Catalina island: Beautiful little island. If you haven't been before we highly recommend renting a golf cart to tour around the island. Restaurants are delicious but spendy plan accordingly. Lots of cute little shops. E bike rentals. We personally plan to walk around play on beach with kids, maybe shop and eat a good lunch. Please do whatever you want and have fun! Ensenada: There is lots of excursions to chose from however it's also fun just to walk around eat tacos (we have a fav taco spot :) ), drink drinks and shop. SAVE money: You have all the way up to the week before to prebuy your drink packages, wifi packages and any other funshop items you want delivered to your room. It is cheaper to do this before being on the boat. I highly recommend if you plan to buy some of the fun photos they take through out the cruise that you pre buy a photo package as it adds up super fast on the boat (lesson learned hahah)
