At this time, we are requesting that all guests have received at least two Covid 19 vaccines to help protect all our guests. A wedding is a time to celebrate, and we would like to do our best to prevent the spread and keep everyone safe! If the pandemic becomes endemic, these preferences may change and we will keep everyone updated if it does.

The requested dress code is semi-formal. No need to rent a tux, but please don't show up in shorts and flip flops either!

Fall in Colorado is typically gorgeous with expected temperatures in the 60's and 70's. Our ceremony will be outside on the deck with reception to follow inside. Please dress accordingly.

Our venue is located at 29612 Upper Bear Creek Road in Evergreen Colorado 80439. This venue is about an hour from Denver International Airport.

There is a small number of parking spaces reserved for the event but the rest of the lot remains available for public use. That being said, carpooling is recommended but the lot fits at least 50 vehicles.

We are having both our ceremony and reception at the same venue, which means there will be a cocktail hour to entertain our guests while we take our first photos together as Mr. and Mrs!

We ask that during the ceremony all phones and cameras are put away and turned completely off so that we may enjoy the process with all our guests. After the ceremony during the cocktail hour and reception all photos are encouraged!

We are both retaining our names thus request not to have personalized Mr. and Mrs. Muns gifts. If guests would like to personalized gifts, we request our combined last name-Munshart.

Unless specified on your invitation, we request that you do not bring any additional guests. Our guest list is limited as is spacing at the venue.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

No, all our centerpieces and floral arrangements are rented out from a company and need to be returned.
