Trish (Mother of the Groom) will lead a trail walk through the forested area behind the Overlander Mountain Lodge. Meet at the front entrance of the main lodge for a departure of 9am. This walk will be approximately 45-60 minutes with mild elevation gain.

Chelsea and her bridal support team (Lauren and Andrea) will be at the JPL during this time for some pre-wedding pampering! They will see you at the Welcome Party between 2-5pm.

Please join Chelsea and Kevin on Friday between 2-5pm at the Bergh Family cabin (Lot 1) for quality time, snacks, and games. Beer, wine, and soft drinks will be provided while supplies last.

Immediate family and wedding parties will be attending a private rehearsal + dinner between 5pm-8pm.

A complimentary breakfast will be provided for all wedding guests at the Stone Peak restaurant in the main lodge between 9am-11am. Please mention you are a guest of the Bergh wedding upon arrival.

Please arrive at the ceremony space between 3:00-3:20pm. Allow for 10 minutes to make your way down the cutline. If you plan to drive down to drop off any group members, please allow additional time!

Laura Coulson, marriage commissioner extraordinaire, will guide everyone through an intimate ceremony.

Cocktails and tapas will be provided between 4:30-5:30pm on the main deck of the Overlander Lodge.

The reception space will open at 5:30pm* and closes at midnight. *Please find your seat, drop off any items, then head to the dance floor for first dances! Reception details: 1. First dances 2.
