With love and respect, Kevin and Chelsea's wedding celebration will be limited to the children of their immediate family only. They appreciate your understanding on this special occasion.

Due to capacity restrictions at the venue, the bride and groom have kept their guest list small. Please refer to the names specified on your invitation.

Please contact the Overlander Mountain Lodge and mention Chelsea and Kevins wedding. The venue has a list of reservable accommodation options.

Cocktail Attire! The mountain weather can be unpredictable, please consider packing multiple outfit options (including several jackets!). Although it might feel like late spring everywhere else, be prepared for rain, wind, and cooler temperatures. A note about heels: if you choose to wear heels, it is strongly recommended to select a chunky heel, wedge, or platform due to the soft grass and uneven gravel pathways. Cocktail attire includes; pantsuits, dressy separates, a sports jacket, suit jacket or even a smart blazer and chinos (with or without a tie).

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy clearing (just off of the main road leading up to the Overlander Lodge). The walk is approximately 5 minutes (250m) from the main lodge and has a gentle grade as well as uneven ground. If your family has mobility concerns, you will be able to drop those guests off, however please return your vehicle to the designated parking areas.

There will be a specific moment (directed by the marriage commissioner) for photos on your personal devices during the ceremony. Outside of this time, please turn your device on airplane mode and enjoy being in the moment! Chelsea and Kevin have a very talented photographer who they trust to capture the ceremony. Please reach out 4-6 months post-wedding if you would like access to specific photos. As for social media, please feel free to capture and post any other special moments throughout the day!

Please arrive at the ceremony site between 3:00-3:20pm, on Saturday May 31st. Look for small markers to help guide you down the cutline to the ceremony site. If you plan to drop off family members with mobility concerns, please leave yourself extra time to do so.

After the reception please make your way around the side of the main lodge for cocktail hour on the deck. (Weather permitting). Cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks will be available along with light tapas. Chelsea and Kevin hope to enjoy cocktail hour visiting and getting candid photos with their guests!

The reception will be held inside the Overlander lodge, in the main dining room/ lounge area.

Cocktail hour and additional drink tickets will be provided by your hosts. Beyond that, you will be responsible for purchasing beverages from the bar.

Kevin and Chelsea carefully selected this venue with the intention of everyone staying onsite. For this reason, no shuttle will be provided. If you plan to stay offsite, please ensure you arrange a safe ride home in advance.

Last call at the bar is 11pm, with music ending by midnight. If you aren't completely exhausted from dancing by then, that's on you!

Kevin and Chelsea have been fortunate to start their life together appointed with many material things! The couple acknowledges that this destination wedding weekend is a large endeavour, and therefore your presence is gift enough! However, if you would like to contribute to their honeymoon fund, it would be incredibly appreciated.
